This Return Policy sets out the conditions and process for returning Glavatrix products purchased from Varnorexshimau ("we", "us", "our") via our website at varnorexshimau.world. Our policy is fully compliant with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Lag 2005:59) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date on which you, or a third party you nominate, physically received your order, without stating any reason.

2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The return is initiated within 14 calendar days of receipt.
- The product is in its original, unopened packaging with the tamper-evident seal intact.
- The product has not been used, damaged or altered in any way.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products where the original packaging has been opened or the seal broken, unless the product is defective.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit or does not match the description provided, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Photographic evidence of the defect or damage may be requested.
4. How to Return

- Package the product securely in its original packaging and send it to the confirmed address.
- We recommend using a trackable postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
5. Return Costs
The cost of return postage is borne by the customer, except where the return is due to a defective or incorrectly dispatched product, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.
6. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will issue a refund of the product purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Standard delivery costs are included in the refund for eligible withdrawals; return postage is excluded unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Products with broken or removed tamper-evident seals.
- Products that have been partially or fully used.
- Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period without a valid reason (e.g., defect).
